Vultures: There a strange and poisonous air in this town And it’s blowing the garbage around And I’ve been wasting away for days Scratching lines in the walls and pacing my cage No, you wouldn’t believe the change that happened in a matter of days Everyone fled the town in a craze But the sheriff, he left me in this cage Everything is not as it seems A dozen vultures circling And I’m waiting impatiently For someone or something to set me free So I’m staring out between the bars Catch a nightly glimpse of the stars And I dream of the days that have passed And when my hunger will take me at last There’s a lot of things I don’t know When we dream where is it that we go? Has it been days or months, I'm all alone? and is my madness is starting to show? Everything is not as it seems One hundred vultures circling And I’m waiting impatiently For someone or something to set me free Someday, I’ll be found here dead But I will be last one to truly live Out there, is blowing a deathly wind

I Am At Least I Think I am: Destiny, what a shame the state you’re in You were everything, the sunshine and the rain and all the in-between What a day can bring, it can alter everything Tear your world apart or blend a broken heart It tore you apart. Won’t you tell me where you’ve been Trading hours for seconds You’re alive and at least I think I am Oh I am at least I think I am Sing for me, remind me I should breathe While I’m sleeping, When I’m drifting in between Please won’t you sing Honey I can’t let you in See I’m scared of nearly everything But if you should come around again Oh I am at least I think I am
3.
Plastic Wolf Face: Wolf face, up in the corner You’re staring at me and I’m heeding your warning Brittle old plastic with eye-holes cut randomly No human face with features spaced properly Could peer through your openings, see what you’re seeing Hear all your thoughts or feel all your feelings So, I’m not really sure what it is that you’re saying It must be important, I know it will come to me Someday, you’ll crumble away But I couldn’t ask for a better plastic wolf face Remember I wore you to the bullshit award show Walked into the backroom, disrupted the photos Hayden he wore you in a Future History video Harmony ran from him, that was 7 years ago Hunter was scared when he walked in the studio He said you were creepy, I told him that you weren’t real hope that I didn’t upset or offend you, you know, in the off-chance that maybe you’re real? Someday, you’ll crumble away But I couldn’t ask for a better plastic wolf face
4.
I'll Give You All: There’s a silver lining in everything And it runs along the path from where we’ve been No, I wouldn’t know the way and I wouldn’t have the strength If I didn’t have you with me everyday There’s a story of the things we have done Since I rescued you from the man with a gun And we never would have thought That we’d meet again someday But I’m thankful that life led us both that way I’ll give you all of, everything I’ll give you all of, the deepest sea And when you wake up next to me I’ll give you all of, everything We opened up our souls by the lake Learned that time was a construct we could change And we ushered in the storm, a new life taking form And we welcomed a new depth in everything No, there’s not a whole lot that I would really change just that I should have told you this yesterday See these days pass by and I’m happy by your side In a life that I would never trade I’ll give you all of, everything I’ll give you all of, the deepest sea And when you wake up next to me I’ll give you all of, everything I’ve never known another…. There is nothing without you

Magic Mystical Kitty: Sitting there on the floor Stalking silently this ancient carnivore that somehow lives with me Running out through the door You shake the human from your fur Not quite sure where you are Or where you ever were Tell me your secrets Won’t you teach me how to see You’re a magic mystical kitty You vanish into the night You blend into the dark Reflections in your eyes Seem to speak of deeper thoughts Where is it that you go When you vanish from our home Someone asked if I own you I said he’s his to own Tell me your secrets Won’t you teach me how to see You’re a magic mystical kitty
7.
Black Holes: There is so much out there that remains unknown Faint rings of light that surround black holes and we’ll soon discover, or at least I’m told With a future generation of telescopes Now we’re so much closer to discovering Beautiful things that have remained unseen To the naked eye with a mind that dreams Of telescope interferometry In space…. Silence thick and cold A sky of endless night Surrounding us unfolds A brand-new secret light The event horizon first spotted the glow It was the first seen image of a known black hole Like a hall of mirrors, an infinite lightshow Gravity so intense that it won’t let go In space…. Silence thick and cold A sky of endless night Surrounding us unfolds A brand-new photon light Escaping from the hold Before finally letting go From a super-massive black-hole Oh and when the light comes It will enlighten everyone There’s so much still unkown Like gravity letting go From an ominous black hole Changing all we know This circle shaped glow From the m87 black hole

Add More Things: For Day 8, we need to write a song to make people laugh But I’m not very funny and my songs are far from that So, I thought that the ukulele may be whimsical And if I sing in drawn out notes it might sound medieval Then I figured while I’m at it I should add more stuff Like maybe I could add some glockenspiel and that may be enough So now this chorus has some glockenspiel and it sounds dope But something still is missing and I will find it, at least I hope So now I’m going to push my limits and maybe add more things And though I cannot play viola I will add some strings…. Solo. So, there you have it, I hope you like this song that I have made You’ve probably noticed that I kept it simpler than the other songs I’ve played Well you’re wrong because I still have one more part I’ve worked real hard on And it goes… like… this Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhhh. Ahhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhh

GONE: Hey there, maybe question everything that you read? You know, once you peel back the layers it’s easy to see. So, I question the newsfeed, like an IV in me And I keep my thoughts to myself, they belong here with me Now I’m gone, gone like the light at the end of day Gone… Gone, yeah I watched me slipping away And I wouldn’t mind, I’ll leave a part of me behind And if it all goes sideways, one of us may survive Now, I’m being followed by invisible men… And I’ve been trying to catch them, but they’re so elusive And the lizards are coming, we should think about that… Maybe the curtain is collapsing So I’m gone, gone like the light at the end of day Gone… Gone, yeah I watched me slipping away Gone… Gone dear, I’m already drifting in space Gone... Gone, my mind peaced out today And I wouldn’t mind, I’ll leave a part of me behind And if it all goes sideways, one of us may survive

Charlie and the Window: I lay here in the dark, in a cold and stale room Where I’ll spend my last days. Hell, I know I’ll be dead soon and Charlie has a bed beside me, echoing the gloom and he sits there in the window, and never leaves me any room Charlie doesn’t talk to me and I prefer it to stay this way He sticks to his own business and I stick to mine the same But there’s something eating away at me and I need to make it right So far Charlie’s got the best of me and it tortures me at night La la la la la la la la la la, La la la la la la la la la la You see when Charlie first arrived, I had been here for a year, I had the bed by the window and I could smell the summer air and the nurses they insisted that I let Charlie have the view You see, they said his claustrophobia was a medical issue So, they moved me to the corner near the restroom that we shared And I swear that Charlie winked at me as he held a steady glare And I knew right in the moment that something had to give You see, Charlie was a piece of shit and he didn’t deserve to live La la la la la la la la la la, La la la la la la la la la la So, each night when Charlie fell asleep I would just lay there and stare I couldn’t seem to fall asleep the rage was always there And I knew I had to seek revenge, I had to make things square So, I tiptoed over with my pillow and took away his air Charlie didn’t fight back much, he quietly slipped away My plan had worked out perfect and I would take it to my grave And soon I’d have my window back with all the world to see And Charlie he would rot in hell for trying to mess with me La la la la la la la la la la, La la la la la la la la la la It’s been a week here without Charlie and the strangest things occurred, that I’m terrified to talk about but I think I really should I don’t know If I’m going crazy or if my mind has finally gone But each night I’m hearing voices and everything feels wrong But the strangest thing of all that I just can’t seem to explain Is not the voices or the shadows or the brand new aches and pains When I opened up the shutters to let the summer air back in There’s now a brick-wall in the window where the outside should have been.

Dawn of Summer: So baby, the summer is upon us Let us start a fire underneath the stars Because lately, I’ve been feeling down From the winter through ‘til now I’ve been buried in a shroud of darkness So, maybe we could sleep outside trace the movement of the tides with the moon to be our guide You know someday, it’ll just be you and I and the drifting satellites We should make this moment right Ya, we should take this moment Tonight, let our darkest moments say goodbye, because we found ourselves in summer So, we’ll drive. Drive straight through the night until we reach the morning sky right above the ocean, and we’ll dive-in. Together we will find that everything is right with the dawn of summertime The dawn of summer I know it’s crazy, but I’ve packed a few of our things Just the bare necessities and the things we think we need And I’m ready to put the car in drive and leave this place behind for the ocean and the sky We should take this moment Tonight, let our darkest moments say goodbye, because we found ourselves in summer So, we’ll drive. Drive straight through the night until we reach the morning sky right above the ocean, and we’ll dive-in. Together we will find that everything is right with the dawn of summertime The dawn of summer

Love: So, you’re feeling low, and your heads not right, you’ve been tossing and turning, no you can’t sleep at night. Baby you know, it’ll be alright, if you take a little time and you give up the fight. Lady I know, one thing’s for sure, the love of another, well that’s the only cure. Baby let’s go, and make this right. We can brighten the day and we can light up the night. Get yourself LOVE and don’t look back Give yourself a shake and get back on track You need LOVE and don’t look back find yourself a love and make your comeback It’ll be a lonely life you’re living Until you get down to the bottom of it. Somehow, I figured it out. I faced sorrow, and weakness, and crippling doubt. Now I’m sure, there’s one way out and I’m taking my chance ‘cause I can’t live without. And it took me time, you see. To uncover this mathematical mystery. So baby you see, this thing’s for sure. I’m gonna give you what you need, gonna give you the cure Get yourself LOVE and don’t look back Give yourself a shake and get back on track You need LOVE and don’t look back find yourself a love and make your comeback It’ll be a lonely life you’re living Until you get down to the bottom of it. So, now that we’re clear and you’re feeling right, we need to put this aside and have a good night. Baby I’m here, by your side and I’m giving you love to make you take flight Talking bout’ LOVE and don’t look back Give yourself a shake and get back on track You need LOVE and don’t look back find yourself a love and make your comeback It’ll be a lonely life, you’re living Until you get down to the bottom of it. Love, Love, Love, Love, Love, Love, Love It’ll be a lonely life, you’re living Until you get down to the bottom of it.

Surviving the Antidote: Today they raised the gate up and then we all went home Like nothing ever happened here and our lives were put on hold… And nobody is talking, just walking silently Ignoring all the rubble that was once our city I never pictured this- seven hundred million or more remised And we fought for less than this- on account of human selfishness... At best It was hard to count the time there, was it months or maybe years? We all wore our best smiles to cover up our fears We followed our assignments, fulfilled all of our chores You know, now come to think of it- not so different than before Now where do we begin, picking up the pieces to start again? And it may be possible that the pieces belong in the rubble We made a mess of things, I hope the future keeps on remembering Maybe in the end we’ll see, we were the virus here, surviving the antidote
